These preamps are very, very nice. They need an external power supply or can
be powered by a Siemens power amp.
Unfortunetaly none of
them has a real RIAA phono stage, but it is not too complicated to get them
upgraded this way. |

Last version of the tube equipped preamps from Siemens. The EF86s
substituted the EF40s. Cathode follower output stage with 600 Ohms
output transformer of very high quality.
