The
amps shown on this site are the models which were originally designed to
work in the Eurodyn system (so no Euronor amps listed here) and having KLV
type numbers (so no 6SELA amps though they also showed up in some Eurodyn
racks).
The
KL V401a (or 401b) was not a real Eurodyn rack amp, as it was still built on
a die cast frame as the pre WWII models. |

Very nice amp of incredible quality. Only first class parts
were implied. MP Capacitors only. EL12 tubes in triode connection. RGN 2504

Same quality and pretty similar to the above amp. F2a11 in triode
connection. Early amps use EZ12 rectifiers and later amps GZ34s.

Emergency amp for above one. F2A11 single ended, but used as tetrode.
Enough power for most speakers. Great sound! Later version with
input transformer. |

Great and outstanding (see above). Same quality (MP caps a.s.o.) as
KLV402a, but superior driver stage. More versatile tubes. |

Though not having MP caps and a smaller OPT, still a nice
amp. Also used as reserve amp for KLV502. Early units (408) still had a
choke in the power supply. |

Emergency amp for KLV502. Nice, but no tube rectifier. Pretty close
to the Siemens Sf. V6.7 portable amp. |

Good amp used in installations with multiple speaker systems
(with 100V ELA line). No low impedance output. Conversion should be
done with new OPT. |
